We offer a 30-Day Easy Returns policy that ensures your satisfaction. It's as simple as playing fetch! Just reach out to our friendly customer service team, and they'll guide you through the return process. We're committed to making sure you have a tail-wagging experience with us!
In case you want to return your order, we are happy to assist. Since we are not an ordinary clothing company, our return process might be a bit different from what you know. Please read the following steps first, before issuing a return.

Step 1
Please make sure you really do not want to keep the item and really would like to send it back. It is very important for us to make you as our customer the happiest, but we also would like to keep our environment and our business in mind. Losing your order would be tough for us. So in case of a problem with one of our products, please contact us first and we will find a solution together.
Step 2
If you would like to issue a return, please send all items you would like to return back to the address mentioned on the original packaging within 30 days after you got the items. Feel free to contact us in case you do not have the original packaging anymore and we will assist you. When all returned items have arrived at our facility, we will issue you a gift card to the value of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you free returns at the moment – so you would have to pay for the shipping expenses of the return and your side. We accept returns and exchanges from the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.
Store credit is issued to cover the entire value of the items in your order. A maximum of 10 items can be returned as all the items are printed to order and are not resold.
You can submit a return for an item that you obtained at a discounted price for store credit. Store credit will equate to the value you paid for the discounted item. Free items will not be included in the store credit.
Our return policy covers store credit and exchanges. We allow for change of mind returns as well! As we do print every item to order and we do not re-sell anything, you will need to donate your item/s to be eligible for a refund. Regardless of any return, we want to do something good in your name. That’s why we donate all returned clothing items to local clothing charities.
